WELLNESS CENTER Grand Opening

| To increase the fitness facility offerings to match the growing membership—Red Ledges developed and opened the Wellness Center in Summer 2023, the focal point of the 10,000-square-foot Village Center expansion. The new amenity features a wellness studio where the Club offers a variety of fitness classes, a strength and cardio area, state-of-the-art equipment, day-use lockers, a scenic Rooftop Lounge, and wellness programming. |

Wellness Series

DEER VALLEY® RESORT ANNOUNCES

Have you heard the exciting local news?
Deer Valley is adding 3,700 acres of skiable terrain in the new Mayflower area on the eastern side of the resort. This additional terrain will more than double the size of the ski terrain, making it one of the largest ski resorts in North America, representing the largest increase in skiable terrain in the resort’s history.
The expansion includes 16 new chairlifts, including a 10-passenger gondola and 135 ski runs that will offer skiing for all abilities, featuring numerous bowls and gladed areas. The new terrain will be part of a phased opening in the 25/26 season and bragging rights include one of the longest ski runs in the country, measuring just short of 5 miles!
Upon completion, the resort will encompass 5,726 acres of skiable terrain accessed by 37 chairlifts which will service 238 ski runs. The New Village and portal area, accessed from the Mayflower exit off Hwy 40, puts this new terrain closer to Red Ledges. Add in the new Heritage Farms Parkway on the Club’s western border and Red Ledges members will be on the slopes in just under 20 minutes.
Three ways to enjoy the Deer Valley Difference™
as a Red Ledges Member
Members who are Deer Valley skiers have three ultra-convenient options for ways to enjoy the Deer Valley Difference™.
- Skiers can shuttle right from the Red Ledges Clubhouse in one of four sprinter vans that depart from the Red Ledges Clubhouse to Deer Valley every 20 minutes, seven days a week, and be dropped off at the Jordanelle Express Gondola
- Members may reserve access to the private Red Ledges Member Lounge within the St. Regis Deer Valley’s Deer Crest Club and enjoy full shuttle access directly to the slopes. The lounge offers private lockers, restrooms, snacks and beverages, and both breakfast and lunch.
- Members may ski into the Red Ledges Lounge at Stag Lodge, directly off the Success Ski Run off Bald Eagle Mountain to enjoy a sumptuous lunch buffet prepared daily, or opt to reserve dining at Café 52.
Red Ledges’ Ski Shuttle Service Expanded
As if having a shuttle delivering members to the Jordanelle Express Gondola every 20 minutes wasn’t frequent enough, Red Ledges has added a fourth Sprinter van to the fleet for the 23/24 season!

RED LEDGES TENNIS Facility Award
|
|
|
Red Ledges was honored to receive the 2023 United States Tennis Association’s (USTA) Outstanding Facility Award this past July during the U.S. Open. The award recognizes Red Ledges on a national level for the community’s exemplary tennis venue and commitment toward the growth and development of tennis in the region. Red Ledges offers 10 tennis courts and six pickleball courts; two courts, which can convert to four pickleball courts, are covered with a bubble during the winter months.
Managed by Cliff Drysdale Tennis, a Troon Company, and Director of Racket Sports Michael Topp, Red Ledges is home to one of the most scenic tennis clubs in the area, offering a full slate of clinics, lessons, camps, leagues, and special events for members. The Cliff Drysdale Tennis program does a tremendous job of introducing the sport to adults and juniors, while also fielding many USTA League teams, helping to create a strong tennis community.

RED LEDGES Signature Neighborhoods

Red Ledges’ Signature Neighborhoods are easy-living neighborhoods where thoughtful designs capture views in all directions. These neighborhoods offer the convenience of maintenance-free living with snow removal and landscaping managed by the Red Ledges' Community Association. Golf Memberships are available to all buyers in these neighborhoods.
